Clean  Again's Commonly Asked Questions

This is up to you. The chemical we use does not hurt your home, it just washes away the organic growth (black or green algae) that you may see and can vary from how much, or lack of, sunlight your property receives.  Some clients wash each season while others wash every other year.  You may notice that you don't see the growth as fast because our chemicals actively kill new growth. 

Alternatively, some customers like to purposefully leave certain items looking aged or streaky. It's all about your preference.  We ask that you confirm we understand which items are to be left uncleaned/aged. 

Each service is custom, and the time to power wash or install your custom lighting varies on many factors including the type of siding and the size of the house depicts how much water is used and how much lighting is needed. On average, our typical professional house wash or lighting installation project takes between 2-4 hours.

While we do not install new items, we may be able to bring your structure back to life or get a few more years after staining or painting.  We guarantee to make your property look and smell better after we conclude our services.  Ask us how we can help clean up your curb appeal and increase your properties value.  

We ask that while we are at your job, that you remove all animals away from the site and contain them inside or away from the cleaning machinery and areas of concern. This is for the safety of our employees and your fur babies.  This means, animals will never come in direct contact with our cleaning solutions.  Please speak with your Clean Again Associate before the job if you have any questions. 

The solution does contain mixtures of industrial grade chlorine and may kill grass around a sidewalk or patio when being cleaned.  Our Associate understand the value of plants and curb appeal so they take every precaution leaving your plants and ponds untouched.

Clean Again LLC accepts Cash, Check* and all forms of credit except American Express.  *There will be a $40 fee for all returned checks.  We require payment made at the conclusion of services rendered. ​

Clean Again LLC Pressure Washing is committed to getting the job done right and it is a necessity that we use water for our pressure washing jobs. Our professional soft wash system allows us to reduce the quantity of water used verses someone using a typical big box store pressure washer.  Living in rural areas, we understand there are concerns with shallow well systems, so we typically transport at least 300 gallons of water to your job and have the ability to transport as much water as needed.  We also have 400 feet of hose that can clean your hard-to-reach or long fencing areas so you can count on us to be professional, timely, efficient, and make sure you’re satisfied every step of the way.
