Is it safe for my pets?
We ask that while we are at your job, that you remove all animals away from the site and contain them inside or away from the cleaning machinery and areas of concern. This is for the safety of our employees and your fur babies. This means, animals will never come in direct contact with our cleaning solutions. Please speak with your Clean Again Associate before the job if you have any questions.
Is this safe for my plants?
The solution does contain mixtures of industrial grade chlorine and may kill grass around a sidewalk or patio when being cleaned. Our Associate understand the value of plants and curb appeal so they take every precaution leaving your plants and ponds untouched.
What forms of payment do you accept and when?
Clean Again LLC accepts Cash, Check* and all forms of credit except American Express. *There will be a $40 fee for all returned checks. We requests payment made at the conclusion of services rendered.
I have well water....
Clean Again LLC Pressure Washing is committed to getting the job done right, and it is a necessity that we use water but our soft wash system allow us to use much less water than someone using a typical big box store pressure washer. We understand there are concerns with shallow well systems so we typically transport 300 gallons of water to your job however,have the ability to transport as much water as needed. We have 400 feet of hose that can clean your hard to reach areas. You can count on us to be professional, timely, efficient and make sure you’re satisfied every step of the way.
