A standard house wash with our soft wash method effectively cleans the exterior surfaces of your home. This includes all siding, windows, soffits, the front of gutters, porch ceilings, and any front porch railings that are metal, PVC, or painted. Additional services such as window washing, gutter cleaning, foundation wash, roof wash, porch floors, brick chimneys, detached garage/shed, decks, patios, and specialty chemicals for non-organic stains, gutter brightening, rust stains, artillery moss, and paint/stain spills are not included in a basic house wash. If you need assistance with these or other areas, please mention them in your quote request comments.

This is up to you. The chemical we use does not hurt your home, it just washes away the organic growth (black or green algae) that you may see and can vary from how much, or lack of, sunlight your property receives. Some clients wash each season while others wash every other year. You may notice that you don't see the growth as fast because our chemicals actively kill new growth. Alternatively, some customers like to purposefully leave certain items looking aged. It's all about your preference. We ask that you confirm we understand which items are to be left unclean/aged.

The cost to pressure wash a house can vary based on several factors, including the size of your house, chemicals needed to get the job done right, water, location, and the specific services required. We provide quotes using information from your service request, pictures you provide, and google maps to see the structure. We may need to come in person to provide a more accurate quote however usually we can do this virtually. Clean Again clients can login to their customer portal to submit a quick quote for service or add any new details such as address, or new services needed.
